有別於Q脆的油炸肉圓，其實我個人比較偏好這種被柔軟的米香外皮包裹著的清蒸肉圓，這家肉圓老店的絞肉紮實不小氣，但也不致於搶戲，就這樣肉圓皮跟肉餡恰到好處的比例，也讓這家店成為小魚我二十多年來吃不膩的原因……
